What Are WTA's Employee Benefits?

WTA offers an excellent and comprehensive benefit program, including medical, dental and vision coverage for employees and eligible dependents. The package includes generous paid leave provisions. In addition, WTA employees participate in the Washington State Retirement System with joint contributions by WTA and the employee.

We offer full-family medical insurance for full time employees, with reasonable employee contribution amounts.  We also offer a Wellness Program for all employees and for spouses covered on the medical plan.​

We offer a pension benefit, managed by the Public Employees' Retirement System, with employee and employer contributions. An optional deferred compensation program is also available.
