All WTA bus routes (except the Campus Express) are wheelchair accessible.
Anyone who needs to use the wheelchair lift may do so at any WTA bus stop where the lift can be safely deployed. All bus stops are safe for the wheelchair lift except those marked with the following symbol on the bus stop sign:

Unfortunately, WTA cannot guarantee an accessible path of travel to and from all bus stops. We advise our riders with mobility limitations to familiarize themselves with accessibility at a stop before using it for the first time.

Buses kneel to the curb to allow easier boarding for people with mobility limitations. Drivers announce key stops over a P.A. system.

Bus I.D. kits are available for people unable to identify which bus to catch. As well, trip planners are available to those who need assistance getting off at the right stop or finding the right connection.

Alternate Formats
