- Bellingham Station Customer Service Office
- Bellingham Technical College Bookstore
- Bellingham High School - student passes only
- Community Food Co-op, both locations (reload only)
- All Haggen stores (can sell only new general public passes, but can reload any kind of pass (student or reduced fare) on an existing card)
- Sehome High School - student passes only
- Squalicum High School - student passes only
- Whatcom Community College Bookstore
