Public Communications Policy

Requesting permission to gather signatures, or pass out information on WTA property

Are you looking to gather signatures for a petition, promote a cause, or hand out literature at one of WTA's facilities?  We allow appropriate public communications activities at our facilities, however we require you to get a permit in advance.

How far in advance do I need to request permission?

We'll need your signed, completed application at least seven business days before you plan to conduct your public communications activity.


How do I submit my Public Communications Application?

Complete, scan and email your application to communicationsapp@ridewta.com. Type "Public Communications Application" into the subject line.  We will email you within five business days, either with your permit, or to let you know your application has been denied.
