Reasonable Modification
WTA is committed to providing transportation to people with disabilities within our service boundaries. We will make reasonable modifications on a case by case basis to our policies and practices to ensure access to our public transportation services.
We will not make modifications if they:
- would cause a direct threat to the health or safety of others
- would fundamentally alter our service or vehicles
- are not essential for allowing a rider to access our service
- would result in an undue financial and administrative burden
