Who can ride zone service?
You do not have to qualify for zone service. It is open to everyone.
What are the limitations of zone service?
We provide service to each zone only one or two days per week. Zone service will transport you from your pick-up point to the nearest transit station (Downtown Bellingham Station or Cordata Station). The map, displays the zones and the days of the week we serve them.
How do I make a reservation for zone service?
Zone service reservations are required no later than 5:00 pm the day before you ride. Since seating is limited, we recommend calling a day (or up to a week) in advance.

How much does it cost to ride zone service?
Zone Service costs $1 per ride. Cash only. Exact change is required.
We don't accept 1 ride tickets, passes of any kind, Gold Cards or Free on Fixed Route Cards on Zone Service.
Cancellations and No-Shows
If your plans change and you do not need your ride, please call to cancel at least one hour before your earliest pickup time. WTA enforces a no-show policy. If you habitually no-show, we can temporarily suspend you from service. For more information about our no-show policy, click here.
