The WTA has an established Grievance and Appeals Procedure if you have a complaint that is not first resolved by the Manager of Paratransit Services. Call the Accessibility Specialist at (360) 676-6843 (Voice or TTY) to discuss the matter further or to file a Grievance or Appeal.
